The manufacturing process starts by precisely extracting and purifying bauxite (one of the major sources of alumina content). It undergoes a calcination process (at high temperature) to turn it into a more reactive alumina form. This alumina content is then grounded and blended with other components such as lime, achieving a suitable chemical composition. To achieve a dense, uniform, and crystalline structure this mixture undergoes a controlled sintering process at temperatures ranging between 1400°C to 1600°C. The product is then cooled down and crushed into desirable, fine powder form, and undergoes a quality control process for efficient usage in various industrial settings.
